Home health aides (also known as caregivers or personal support specialists) are responsible for providing routine, personal care such as bathing, dressing, or care for the elderly, patients recover, or defects in the home or in residential care facilities. Under the direction of nursing or medical staff, they provide medical services such as management of oral medications, change dressings, and check your pulse, temperature and respiration. A few weeks or months can provide great advantage when seeking employment.
